Who made this?

Jen deHaan explores how different neurotypes approach learning and performing improv and comedy. All neurotypes – typical ones, and less statistically dominant ones (like neurodivergent humans). Why? Because we all do comedy together!

Jen also writes about general improv and comedy, because she is a nerd who likes those things.

The author is an autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) improv and comedy performer and podcast creator/director, so the content is delivered from that perspective. Which will probably help you learn something new. That’s the hope, anyway.

Assume someone neurodivergent is in every room, because we are. And that’s where neuroinclusion begins. Listening & learning.

This site was made and is hosted in Canada

About The Show

Jen talks to other improvisers, and maybe sometimes just you alone, about improv and comedy. Topics will mostly be about the cognitive elements of the craft, neurodivergence, but might also include improvising for audio and solo improv.
